A Dealership Account is for flooring businesses that operate a physical showroom and agree to display Ma Maison Floors presentation racks.
Requirements
Minimum 2 racks displayed in a publicly accessible showroom
Racks and samples remain property of Ma Maison Floors
Samples must be maintained, visible, and not removed without written approval
If closing the account:
Ma Maison Floors arranges pickup
Missing items incur charges:
$25 per missing sample
$75 per missing rack
Pricing
Dealers receive the lowest pricing tier.

2. Loyalty Partner Account (Industry Professionals)
Loyalty Partner Accounts are for professionals who specify, install, manage, or influence flooring projects.
They do not retail flooring and do not have a showroom.

A Trade Access Account is a business‑only purchasing tier reserved exclusively for hardwood flooring companies that operate a showroom but choose not to display Ma Maison Floors racks.
This account type is not available to homeowners, retail customers, or non‑flooring businesses.
Who Qualifies
A Trade Access Account applies only to:
Hardwood flooring companies
With a physical showroom
Buying directly from Ma Maison Floors
Who do not display Ma Maison Floors racks
Who do not participate in Loyalty
Who do not purchase through a dealer
Who Does Not Qualify
Homeowners
Retail customers
The general public
Woodshops
Restaurants
Offices
Any non‑flooring business
Any flooring business without a showroom
Any flooring business that displays racks (these are Dealers)
Pricing
Trade Access accounts pay the base Trade Report Sheet price, minus engagement rewards.

Engagement Rewards (Every 3 Months)
All account types can earn a $0.10 reward per item by staying active.
To stay active, a customer must do one of the following every 3 months:
Place an order
Make a call
Update a project
Inactive accounts lose the reward until reactivated.
