Ma Maison Floors offers three distinct account types:

1. Dealerships (Showrooms)

Hold territory rights
Receive showroom support and marketing materials
Eligible for exclusivity based on performance and loyalty

2. Trade Access (Hardwood Businesses)

Buy direct at trade report sheet price
No territory rights
Must uphold brand standards and minimum order activity

3. Loyalty Partners (Contractors, Designers, Developers)

Original affiliates with long-term brand alignment
Receive the best pricing — because they purchase through dealers
Supported with project-based access and affiliate incentives

Loyalty-First Account Approval

New accounts are approved based on alignment with Loyalty Framework values
Existing loyal dealers are consulted before new accounts are added nearby

Performance-Based Activation

Accounts must place an order within 6 months to remain active
Inactive accounts are reviewed semi-annually and may be downgraded or closed

Strategic Saturation Limits

Each market has a maximum number of active accounts based on population and demand
Affiliate-only access may be offered in saturated zones to avoid direct competition

Loyalty Shield

Trade-authorized accounts and Loyalty Framework members must uphold standards

Rural Areas: 40–50+ mile radius

2. Dealer Density Per Town

Small Towns (under 50K): 1 dealer max
Mid-size Cities (50K–250K): 2–3 dealers
Large Cities (250K+): Up to 5 dealers, spaced by radius and market segment

3. Market Potential Overrides

High-end demand may allow more dealers with clear segmentation (retail vs. builder)

4. Legacy Saturation Clause

Grandfather existing dealers
Freeze new accounts in saturated zones
Offer affiliate-only access to avoid direct competition

5. Territory Inquiry Protocol

Submit zip code, business type, years in business, and current flooring lines

If a Trade Access account shows up every 3 months, they receive an extra 10¢ discount directly from Ma Maison Floors.
If a Loyalty Partner shows up every 3 months — through calls, visits, or project updates — their linked dealer receives an extra 10¢ discount, which may be passed on to the Loyalty Partner.
